GENERAL INFORMATION
There are several ways to get to the different resorts in Les Arcs.
In line with our eco-friendly approach, we strongly encourage you to make your own way to the resort using public transport (free for Industry Village participants upon presentation of your accreditation): from Bourg-Saint-Maurice station, you can take the funicular to Arc 1600, then the resort buses to Arc 1950 and/or Arc 2000.
You can find the local shuttle bus timetables here.
Alternatively, the festival is organising a chargeable shuttle service, details can be found below.
Regarding your accommodation if you've booked one through us: keys will not be available before 5pm on Saturday, December 13. If you wish to arrive in Les Arcs earlier, you can leave your luggage at the luggage storage facility and enjoy the resort until the end of the day.
YOUR ARRIVAL TO LES ARCS
- If you are travelling by plane: choose Geneva-Cointrin airport (GVA) in Switzerland.
The festival organizes paid shuttles for Industry Village participants on Saturday, December 13 and Tuesday, December 16. Booking for these shuttles is mandatory via your Industry account.
Please note: other airports are not covered by our shuttle service.
⚠️ We strongly recommend allowing plenty of time between the shuttle's estimated arrival at the airport/train station and your boarding time. The shuttle may be delayed due to bad weather and/or traffic conditions.
The Industry Village programme will run until 1 p.m. on Tuesday 16 December; so please consider booking a late afternoon flight/train if possible so you do not miss any part of the programme.
We recommend that you choose your flight according to these times. Allow at least 30 minutes between landing and the shuttle departure to give yourself time to collect your luggage.
- If you are arriving by train: the nearest stations are Bourg-Saint-Maurice (from which you'll be able to use public transportation to get to the ski resort) and Chambéry-Challes-les-Eaux.
The festival organizes a chargeable shuttle service for Industry Village participants on Saturday, December 13 and Tuesday, December 16 from and to Chambéry-Challes-les-Eaux. Booking for these shuttles is mandatory via your Industry account. - If you are coming by car: upon arrival in Arc 1950, you'll be able to do so presenting your accreditation at the car park to benefit from a discount. The car park office (located at the car park exit, just before the terminal) will be open every day from 8 AM to 10 PM. Carpooling is an environmentally friendly and economical way to get to Les Arcs, while meeting other professionals travelling to the resort. The entire Les Arcs team strongly encourages this option if it is available to you.
Arc 2000 car parks do not offer preferential rates but are pre-bookable. Find more information on the resort's website.
WARNING: Please ensure you have snow tires or chains to reach Les Arcs' resorts.
