INDUSTRY VILLAGE SHUTTLES

IF YOU TRAVEL BY TRAIN

We organize a shuttle transportation service for Industry Village participants: on December 14 from Chambéry - Challes-les-Eaux train station to Arc 1950 and on December 17 from Arc 1950 to Chambéry - Challes-les-Eaux and Bourg-Saint-Maurice train stations.

Chambéry - Challes-les-Eaux ↔️ Arc 1950: 2 hours trip, €15 per person (VAT excluded)

Arc 1950 ➡️ Bourg-Saint-Maurice : 45 minutes trip, €10 per person (VAT excluded)

Our shuttle service will only run on December 14 and on December 17; if you decide to arrive earlier or leave at a later date, you will have to get to Les Arcs or to the train station by your own means. 

Because we care about the environment, we strongly encourage you to get to Arc 1950 by your own means: from Bourg-Saint-Maurice train station you can take the free funicular to get to Arc 1600, then take one of the free inter-station shuttles run by the station to get to Arc 1950 or Arc 2000. It's easy and free!

ARRIVAL: Saturday, December 14

Corresponds to the train leaving Paris - Gare de Lyon train station at 9:46 AM  /  Arrival at Chambéry - Challes-les-Eaux train station at 12:34 PM.

⚠️ Your apartment won't be ready before 5:00 PM. ⚠️

If you wish to arrive in Les Arcs early you will be able to leave your luggage at the reception desk and enjoy the ski resort while waiting for your keys.

2. Shuttle leaving Chambéry - Challes-les-Eaux train station at 4:00 PM  -  Arrival to Arc 1950 estimated at 6:00 PM

Corresponds to the train leaving Paris - Gare de Lyon train station at 12:46 PM  /  Arrival at Chambéry - Challes-les-Eaux train station at 3:35 PM.

DEPARTURE: Tuesday, December 17

1. Shuttle leaving Arc 1950 at 1:30 PM  -  Arrival to Chambéry - Challes-les-Eaux train station estimated at 3:30 PM

Corresponds to the train leaving Chambéry - Challes-les-Eaux train station at 4:23 PM  /  Arrival at Paris - Gare de Lyon train station at 7:14 PM.

2. Shuttle leaving Arc 1950 at 4:45 PM  -  Arrival to Bourg-Saint-Maurice train station estimated at 5:30 PM

Corresponds to the train leaving Bourg-Saint-Maurice train station at 6:13 PM  /  Arrival at Paris - Gare de Lyon train station at 11:14 PM.

If you wish to take another train, the nearest station is Bourg-Saint-Maurice. You can reach the Arc 1950 station by taking the funicular (free for accredited guests) and the inter-station shuttles (free as well).

IF YOU TRAVEL BY PLANE

We organize a shuttle transportation service between Geneva-Cointrin Airport in Switzerland and Arc 1950 ski resort for a fee of €90/person for the round-trip (VAT excluded).

Please, note that depending on weather conditions and traffic the Geneva-Cointrin Airport to Arc 1950 trip can take up to 3h30.

Our shuttle service will only run on December 14 and December 17; if you decide to arrive earlier or leave at a later date, you will have to get to Les Arcs or to the airport by your own means. Our shuttle service doesn’t cover other airports.

Please book your flights accordingly. In order to make it to the shuttle on time you should plan for at least 30 minutes between landing time and the shuttle's departure, so you can collect your luggage.

Keep in mind that the Industry Village program will run until 1:00 PM on December 17; please think about booking a late flight if possible so as to not miss any part of the program. 

IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR

You can have a discount at your arrival at Arc 1950 if you present your accreditation at the parking lot office.

The parking lot office will be opened everyday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. It is located at the end of the parking lot, behind the terminal. 

No pre-reservation allowed.

CAR-SHARING
Car-sharing is one of the most economic and sustainable ways to travel to Les Arcs. You can meet new people, some of whom will probably share your love of cinema. There are several possibilities:

LOCAL SHUTTLES: TRAVELING WITHIN THE RESORT

To travel within the resort of Les Arcs, there are free inter-station shuttles between Arc 1600 and Arc 1800, and between Arc 1600, Arc 1950 and Arc 2000.

The ski station shuttle schedule will be available in November.
