Yevhen Klopotenko, a renowned chef, embarks on a journey across Ukraine to discover the most fascinating borscht recipes and find the secret ingredients that make this dish unique.
The screening will be preceded by the Nikon Film Festival winning short film Feed the Swans by Christophe Idéal.
