Accreditations & Packs Info

For the 15th edition of Les Arcs Film Festival, the Industry Village will take place from December, Saturday 16 to Monday 19, 2023.

Our Packs are reserved for professionals who have substantial experience in the fields of international film coproductions or in the music industry. We offer packs including accreditation and accommodation in Arc 1950 or Arc 2000 but also accreditations for professionals who wish to book their accommodation on their own. Within the limit of available places.

To participate in the Industry Village, you've got two options: either you find an apartment on your own in Arc 1950 or Arc 2000 and request a simple accreditation, or you go through us to find a place to stay and request a pack that includes accreditation + accommodation. However please be aware that the number of packs is limited ; we won't be able to fulfill all requests. We strongly encourage you to find accommodation on your own as soon as possible, especially if you wish to come in a group of 2 or more, since priority is given to single individuals.

WARNING: if you choose to stay elsewhere in Les Arcs (Arc 1600, Arc 1800 or Bourg Saint Maurice), you will have to take a 20min shuttle trip from Arc 1600 to Arc 1950, and a 30min shuttle trip with a change of shuttle from Arc 1800 and Bourg Saint Maurice to Arc 1950.

ACCREDITATIONS

To participate in the Industry Village and Music Village, the accreditation is enough. All accreditations, included in a pack or booked seperately, allow you to access all Industry and Music Village events. Please choose the accreditation that fits your field of expertise.

MUSIC VILLAGE ACCREDITATION

Music Village Accreditation WITHOUT accommodation.

ALL ACCREDITATIONS INCLUDE : Access to Industry Village/Music Village one-to-one meetings + access to all the program’s events (opening ceremony and cocktail, conferences, animations) + breakfasts, lunches and cocktails + priority access to festival screenings + 1 daily ski pass + discount on ski equipment.

PACKS

► Our pack offers are divided into two categories: Industry Village and Music Village, depending on your field of expertise. With a Music Village pack/accreditation you will have access to the main Industry Village events, and vice-versa.

We have a limited number of packs available, meaning that all requests are subject to availability and will have to be approved by the Industry Village team.

FRIENDLY PENGUIN PACK

Industry Village Accreditation + one bedroom & bathroom in a shared apartment in Arc 1950 - you will share the living room and kitchen with another participant. For 3 nights, from December 16 to 19, with the option to stay longer. Depending on availability.

POLAR BEAR PACK

Industry Village Accreditation + your own one-bedroom apartment in Arc 1950. For 3 nights, from December 16 to 19, with the option to stay longer. Depending on availability.

🎵 MUSIC VILLAGE

GROUNDHOG PACK

Music Village Accreditation + one bedroom & bathroom in a shared apartment - you will share the living room and kitchen with another participant in Arc 2000. For 3 nights, from December 16 to 19, with the option to stay longer. Depending on availability.

CHAMOIS PACK

Music Village Accreditation + your own one-bedroom apartment in Arc 1950 or Arc 2000. For 3 nights, from December 16 to 19, with the option to stay longer. Depending on availability.
