Rush recounts the thrilling and intense battle between two of the greatest rivals in Formula 1 history — James Hunt and Niki Lauda — competing for the legendary McLaren and Ferrari teams. Coming from the upper class, charismatic and handsome, the British playboy James Hunt is the complete opposite of his Austrian opponent, the reserved and methodical Niki Lauda. Rush follows the frenetic lives of these two drivers, both on and off the track, tracing their rivalry from the very beginning.
